Most appliances are included for your use. Toaster, kettle, microwave oven, iron, hairdryer, full oven and cooker. Washing machine, (in conservatory), dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products. TV in dinette and a TV in the living room with digital content available. High speed internet (Up to 300mbps) is also accessible.

Accommodation is to sleep 6 and dining room for 6 persons. This consists of two double rooms and one twin room. One very large bathroom, a second ground floor toilet is accessible from the conservatory. A dinette to seat 6, a hallway leading to the lounge and staircase. Seating in lounge provides for at least 8. The two sofas are long enough to sleep 2 extra persons by arrangement only. Upstairs there is a landing and passageway leading to the three bedrooms and bathroom. With a large fully equipped country kitchen and big family sized bathroom with separate shower and bath, there should be plenty of room to spread out. Full central heating is available throughout.

There is a small garden area available for your use and unlimited parking area.

No animals are allowed and strictly NO EV charging of any kind.
